Administrator Account LOCKED for too many incorrect passwords attempted

Hi yesterday i went over to my friends house and got my computer fixed spefically the broadcom since he had a laptop. And now after a bit i couldnt login i kept on trying the same password over and over again bc ik the pass and it wouldnt let me in my administrator account “my main” so can anyone help me out

Ive tried this method Disable “Lockout Threshold” and “Password Expiration”

Still it saying smth along the lines of Acess Denied
