X35-i plus BLE problem

Hello everyone,
My x35-i can't connect to any BLE device.
I tried different apps and all say that i need to enable localization, even if i add every permission.
i think it is a firmware error.
i add the last version: rk3566-V004 - eng.root.20221015.16.21.26
is there some one that can help me?

Hi.
I did not test fw v004.
I did not test any BLE device

Some notes about v003.

Bluetooth:
I was able to pair my phone (galaxy a50) with x35-i but i was unable to send files.
Classic Bluetooth is not working properly.
