Hello,
I received today after over 1 week the C1 for casting IPhone 15 and Pc. After paired, the TX unit seems work fine but not beyond 2 minutes. After that time, the connection is breaker and come back to the situation below:

Already connected to internet the RX, made the update firmware to latest release.
The TX unit is really hot when connected.
Actually I’m working from PC distant no more than 1,5 mt to the receiver.
Can someone explain me how to make it stable, please?

I would say it is faulty.

I had the same issue!

MINIX have replaced it and the new one functions correctly.

I have returned the faulty one for them to inspect.

Ok, which email you contacted for support?

I see your video: exactly the same problem.
However, I wrote now to the support, I wait now the reply and the follow-up of the issue.

That may be the case when the device is not faulty, but if the device clearly has a fault then I don't think any amount of firmware updates will fix this!
From my observation and experience, the problem on this previous unit can be fixed by OTA upgrade

Nothing fixed the one I had!

Also no one has informed me that they have received the faulty device other than UPS saying it's been delivered!
Confirmation would be welcome that the device is indeed faulty, and whether you have found a reason for the fault.

@ASassi76 did you return the faulty device for inspection?

I asked several times if I should have to sent back the faulty one they replied me “no, it’s fine as it is”. So I waited few days then I trash it. Update hasn’t worked for me.

I hope you didn't trash the lot!? Only the transmitter is faulty. You keep the receiver as a spare to pair with the replacement!
