Cant Connect to internet on minix neo z83 -4

There are several ways: (to download the files)
-use your phone as a mobile hotspot
-use your mobile internet (download the files), connect your phone directly to a usb pen drive (using your type c comnection) , copy the downloaded files to the usb pen drive
-go to a friends house and download the files (use a usb pen drive for example).

When you have the files insert the pen drive (used) and copy to your minix .

Note:
Mobile hotspot is just useful to download the files or share the internet and not a permanent solution.

I cant use hotspot to download files

pen usb drive (can be formated in fat32) :

-You can go to a friend´s house (or a place with internet) and download the files

With the files you can copy to your minix and try wifi again.

Toubleshoot images: (your images)
-wifi - you may need the wifi driver
-ethernet - i suppose you are too far from the router
did you already tested ethernet ? (try to move the router or the minix to a better place and connect a longer rj45 cable (minix and router lan port)
i am talking about ethernet because it is also very useful

Wifi:
-What is the distance between your ISP router and your minix?
if it is too far you need other solutions:
-mesh network
-two routers connected by cable (i use this option and in between two switches)
-power line etc...
it depends to you

-did you try to connect other devices (other than your phone) to your router?
ISP routers may have two separate wifi SSIDs (2.4GHZ and 5GHZ ) by default, if not login into the router webpage and separate them:
then try to connect again (try first the longer distance 2.4GHZ)
 
It seems you can transfer files to a computer using an usb cable just like Android, the moderator that deleted my post is obviously unaware of this.
Deleting someone's posts when they don't know any better kind of defeats the purpose of a support forum.

This was your post I deleted, you advised on using an Android phone when the OP has an iPhone so I am not sure what part I am unaware of :unsure:

Thanks for owning up, although my post didn't mention it, I just assumed you could do the same with Iphone.
I am used to posting on XDA where users are a bit more technical, please do not take it personally.

Hello, I have several NEO Z83-4 Plus machines that I am trying to reimage using Windows 10 IoT 2019 (version 1809) Unfortunately I am having trouble getting the WiFi driver to work. I have tried using the guide from here...
