Minix Z83-4 error shell to skip startup.nsh

An error has been detected.

After inserting the image "OSWIN10RS4US-Z83-4-Pro-MINIX-PRO-V02M-20180605.zip" in the pendrive formatted in NTFS.

Does anyone have a solution that helps me?

I am using OSWIN10RS4US-Z83-4-MINIX-HOME-V02M-20180605 but I get the same issue. I am stuck on the shell screen.
Can anyone help?
