Hi, apologise if I post in the wrong sub-forum, because I could not find any sub-forum related to the new SF16T portable monitor.
I also could not find the user manual for SF16T touchscreen monitor anywhere online, so I'm speculating the issue in here.
I'm pretty sure that the touch function work well if SF16T is connected to a laptop with usb-c cable.
However, I want to connect it to my desktop PC which located quite far away from my desk. Just like most desktop PC, it doesn't provide any USB-C port with DP Alt.
To make SF16T work on my desk, I probably have to use a long HDMI cable or H1 adapter. But how can I make touch function work in this scenario? Will another usb type c or type a data cable solve the problem?
