I have had problems with the "NEO Storage USB-CMultiport SSD Storage Hub (NEO S2)" on my MacBook Pro with Intel processor from the beginning, because the 240GB SSD is displayed in the Disk Utility, but not in the Finder. At first I thought it was because my operating system was out of date, but I can't access the SSD under the latest macOS Ventura (13.3) either. By the way, the USB-A ports work...
