Hello friends

I have a Neo Z83-4 Plus v2, and I updated BIOS with the bios from this post https://theminixforum.com/index.php?threads/neo-z83-4-bios-v1-8.68/, the update was on windows https://files.theminixforum.com/shared/bios/Z83-4-BIOS-V1.8-For_Windows.zip, when it is complete I restart windows and it didn't start again, the green light stayed on, ahh it won't let me enter BIOS, I have tried all the ways that there are in the forum without a solution, see if a colleague can help me, to be able to restore the equipment, sorry for the billet, and forgive me English is disastrous

Seem that you updated a wrong Bios.
There are 2 Bios, one is CHT0A another one is CHT0C, the device will crashed if you updated a wrong Bio.
Our technical will contact you by tomorrow.
 
@largo47 please report back here, after you hear from support, to let us know if they solve the issue.

As @MINIX - Eric pointed out, it could be that you flashed an incorrect BIOS.

It is extremely important to check if the "Project Version" in BIOS is started with "CAT0A".
If the "Project Version" starts with "CAT0C", then you can't use this BIOS, otherwise the device will become a brick, no reaction and cannot boot.

Did you check which Project Version your original BIOS was?
