U22 box keeps restarting itself

Hi Minix my U22 box keeps restarting itself while im watching apps like YouTube or kodi, seems to happen after every 30mins, I have tried everything and amending settings etc, but still happening?

Hi. That is not normal (should not be firmware related).

Please test :
-with HDMI direct connection to TV
-remove all unnecessary peripherals
-check all your installed apps and unistall those you don't need/use

Did you try to a factory reset?
(Please note that you will lose everything)

Please do that and test again.
If you still have reboot problems you may have a hardware problem.

Note:
There are other factors that may cause the problem:
-hot environment
-dust
-etc
