WIFI problem

good morning, I recently purchased the neo x35 i plus to replace the neo u1 as I was no longer able to update. when I turn it on for the first time the wi-fi works well but when I turn it on for the second time there is no way to activate it, from the settings I move the cursor to the right and it turns blue but the writing remains off appears, even from the drop-down menu curtain doesn't work, I've already tried to reset twice but it always behaves the same way, does anyone know how I can resolve it, thanks to anyone who can help me
 
Please try to flash this firmware, we updated the Wi-Fi, hope it can fix your problem. Let us know when it doesn't.

Hi.
Please test your wifi with another device - example PC/smartphone.

X35-i Wifi works fine on:
firmware V001, V003, V005 and V006 (both 2.4 GHZ and 5GHZ frequencies)

Notes:
-flashing the device to the latest v006 firmware is fast and it works great (use the tools and instructions provided)
-Reboot your router
-try to leave your router with factory settings
-you don´t need to connect the X35i wifi antenna (for now), just do the test with the device close to the router
-in order to test WIFI you need to remove (don´t use) the RJ45 cable (wired connection have always priority over wifi)

Other note:
My ethernet is not working (even with the v006 firmware) but my unit have the ethernet port broken (tested several times with different cables, i even factory reset the X35-i)

Prova a eseguire il flashing di questo firmware, abbiamo aggiornato il Wi-Fi, speriamo che possa risolvere il tuo problema. Fateci sapere quando ciò non avviene.
grazie per la risposta, purtroppo non sono molto pratico di computer e modifiche, ho scaricato il file che hai indicato ma non ho proprio idea di come fare la procedura che mi hai consigliato
