NEO U1 won’t run apps

Hi all before I ditch my U1 I hope someone can resolve an issue. Simply yesterday it stopped opening apps. It comes up with error unable to resolve domain name on most apps. Internet is fine any ideas??

Some additional info would help as you haven't given a lot.

Try clearing the caches for the apps in question firstly. You could also try clearing the data too but remember that will essentially reset the apps.

Have you also tried simply rebooting your modem/router or network switch, if applicable?

Have you manually configured a static IP & custom DNS server on the device too or is that all set to auto? Are you using a VPN?

Are you using ethernet or WiFi? (If you're using WiFi test with an ethernet cable & vice versa & see how the device then behaves, for example.) Double check your IP leases etc. are being handled correctly by your router or switch too if you're using WiFi.

Try that lot for a start, otherwise it may be a network or network related issue that needs troubleshooting.

then you might want to try a factory reset and if your not on the latest firmware update it to latest. You will need to reinstall apps that you need, but suggest you do one at a time and test.

Generally U1 is pretty much rock solid
